Welcome to the world of Pre-Porter! If you’re reading this, you’re probably wondering why it’s better to buy pre-loved instead of splurging on brand new luxury items. Well, let me tell you, there are a ton of reasons why pre-loved is the way to go. Not only is it better for your wallet, but it’s also better for the environment and, let’s face it, it’s just plain cool. So, let’s dive into why pre-loved is the ultimate way to shop for luxury items.
First, let’s talk about the cost. We all know that luxury items come with a hefty price tag.
But did you know that you can save up to 70% off retail prices by buying pre-loved? That’s right, you can get that designer handbag or those designer shoes you’ve been eyeing for a fraction of the cost. Plus, you’ll still get that same high-quality item that you would get if you bought it brand new. So, why not save yourself some serious cash and invest in a pre-loved luxury item?
Now, let’s talk about the environment. The fashion industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world. By buying pre-loved, you’re helping to reduce the demand for new items, which means less waste and less pollution. Plus, you’re giving a second life to an item that might have otherwise ended up in a landfill. It’s a win-win situation for you and the planet.
But it’s not just about the cost and the environment. Buying pre-loved is also a great way to show off your sense of style. Think about it: when you buy a brand new luxury item, you’re just another person with that same item. But when you buy pre-loved, you’re getting something that’s one-of-a-kind. You’ll stand out from the crowd and show off your individuality.
And let’s not forget about the thrill of the hunt. There’s nothing quite like finding that perfect pre-loved item that you’ve been searching for. It’s like a treasure hunt, and when you finally find what you’re looking for, it’s an incredible feeling. It’s like you’ve discovered a hidden gem that no one else knows about. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love the feeling of scoring an amazing deal?
Additionally, Pre-Porter provides payment plans! How amazing is it that you can have your dream bag and customize your payment plan?
So, there you have it. Buying pre-loved is the ultimate way to shop for luxury items. So, the next time you’re thinking about splurging on a brand new luxury item, consider buying pre-loved instead. Trust us, you won’t regret it.
What Is Sustainable Fashion?

Have you ever heard of the movement known as โSustainable Fashionโ?
Sustainable fashion, also known as โethical fashionโย orย โeco fashionโ, deals primarily with thought, followed by materials, and production.
There are multiple ways to be sustainable such as buying less and buying key pieces. However, re-using or re-selling items has also become very popular.
According to Forbes Magazine: โBuying second-hand is perhaps one of the easiest ways for consumers to understand that they are, without doubt, choosing a more sustainable option than buying newโ. This is also known as aย โconsignmentโ.

This is exactly what we do here at Pre-Porter Luxury, and you are all becoming a part of this movement.
We want to empower you in letting you know that you are now part of the fashion conscious sector allowing it to become a powerful force of change in the Middle East.
Also, there is nothing more valuable than an item that has withstood the passing of time; and is now in your possession.
We all want to feel good about a purchase, and I donโt know if you have ever felt a little regret or even questioned yourself right after a purchase; so,โthriftingโ or buying used is here to now change that.
Just know that by buying used items, you arenโt introducing something new into the waste chain, or even promoting the idea of buying something new โ which decreases the need for fast fashion.
Fast Fashion is great. We all know it. But have you ever thought about the people making your clothes? How they get paid cents an hour? Or how that shirt, dress, and 4 pairs of jeans you have only worn a couple of times, and wonโt wear again; are going to add up to the waste chain that is already growing at an alarming speed as I write this.

Sustainable fashion is not a trend, and we want to make it a lifestyle. Think of it asย โpre-lovedโย rather thanย โpre-ownedโ.
